Job Description

Primary Skill is - Release change management.
Skill 2 - Service now,ITSM

The individual will be responsible for supporting the cutover adoption team in driving onboarding and adoption of the cutover orchestration platform across application teams. The role focuses on enabling teams to standardize and manage their change execution events through structured runbooks and templates. The role involves collaborating with application teams, understanding their change processes, and developing standardized Cutover templates to support efficient, controlled, and auditable change execution. The role focuses on driving adoption of the Cutover orchestration platform by partnering with application teams and enabling them to manage their change execution events through standardized templates and runbooks. Associate should be able to understand application production services ecosystem including change execution workflows, operational dependencies, and business process impacts. Understanding of application production environments and business process impacts. Basic Understanding of release and deployment processes. Experience supporting user readiness, communication, and adoption activities. Familiarity with incident management, change management and tools such as Ansible, ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Splunk or Similar Tools will be beneficial. Ability to identify risks, issues and dependencies that may impact adoption during cutover.
