This position serves as the critical liaison between our valued customers and Wipro's delivery teams. The successful candidate will deeply understand and analyze customer requirements, ensuring these insights are effectively communicated to internal teams. Key Responsibilities - SAP MDG Finance Focus
- Configure, maintain, and support SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) processes specifically related to finance to ensure accurate and efficient master data management.
- Manage finance master data objects including cost centers, profit centers, and general ledger accounts, ensuring data integrity and compliance with governance standards.
- Apply deep knowledge of SAP Finance master data structures and governance principles to improve workflows and streamline finance processes.
- Utilize expertise in BRF+, workflow automation, Data Replication Framework (DRF), and integration techniques to optimize transaction processing and data flow.
- Leverage experience in SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments to support legacy and new system landscapes effectively.
- Lead data cleansing, validation, and migration activities, proactively resolving issues to maintain high-quality data across systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, functional, and business teams to align MDG configurations with evolving business objectives and compliance requirements.

Engagement and Delivery Management
You will actively engage with delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are fully captured, understood, and translated into actionable solutions. This includes:
- Facilitating regular cadence meetings with delivery teams to review progress, provide customer feedback, and align on solution design.
- Ensuring comprehensive test coverage by reviewing test plans and cases, validating adherence to customer specifications.
- Conducting root cause analyses on solutions, demos, and prototypes to validate accuracy and anticipate customer queries before delivery.
- Managing change requests effectively, coordinating deployment efforts to adapt solutions promptly in response to evolving customer demands.
- Supporting quality assurance activities by providing insightful feedback to ensure solutions meet business requirements with high standards.
- Leading integration and user acceptance testing, demonstrating solution readiness and validating seamless implementation.
- Utilizing data modeling practices to analyze outcomes and recommend continuous improvements for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
- Maximizing system utilization by understanding technical capabilities and business needs, ensuring optimal solution design.
- Coordinating comprehensive and cohesive responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI), ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
Additionally, you will support project management and delivery teams by:
- Defining project milestones, phases, and elements alongside principal consultants to ensure clear project planning and execution.
- Critically assessing delivery team assumptions to promote practical and achievable plans.
- Driving customer satisfaction through timely and quality deliverables.

Domain Expertise Development and Knowledge Sharing
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to exchange best practices and broaden domain knowledge across the organization.
- Produce whitepapers, research articles, and thought leadership materials to contribute actively to the consulting community and enhance Wipro’s knowledge base.
- Identify and document use cases that can drive business growth and process improvements across projects and accounts within Wipro.
- Conduct continuous market research to infuse latest trends and innovations into project deliverables, ensuring competitive advantage and customer delight.
