- Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations, tax requirements, and compliance standards
- Expertise in SAP HCM/SF US and Canada Payroll implementation and support experience.
- Should have been part of minimum 2 to 3 SAP HCM EC Payroll implementations.
- As HCM Lead should have managed Rollouts, Major Enhancements and upgrade projects.
- Experience working in S4/HANA environment preferable
- Knowledge and experience in Payroll US and Canada Schema, Rule changes
- Experience of End of Year HR Patching process
- Interact with HRIS, Benefits and Payroll teams to understand the requirement and business needs
- Production support and enhancement by troubleshooting and implementing configuration and technical changes
- Integration experience with third party systems
US and Canada Payroll Expertise
Good hands-on experience in SAP US Payroll in
- TAX, Statutory
- Integration between EC and ECP.
- Strong in PCR & Schema’s
- Start of Year, EOY, RTI
- Statutory forms
- Good knowledge iConfigure US-specific payroll compliance requirements including tax calculations, garnishments, and statutory reporting
- Set up period-end closing processes for HCM including:
- Payroll Journal Reports
- Garnishment Details Reports
- FI Posting Runs
- Tax Infotype Summary Reports
- W-2 processing (simulation and production)
- Form 940 processingn federal, state, and local tax requirements
- Configure data replication between EC and ECP systems
- Set up batch job data replication and user creation processes
- Manage YTD values and STP (Single Touch Payroll) data loading
- Configure integration with third-party benefits providers using web services
Good hands-on experience in SAP Canada Payroll in
- Configure Canada-specific payroll compliance requirements including CPP, EI, income tax calculations, and provincial tax variations
- Set up period-end closing processes for HCM including payroll journal reports and tax reporting
- Implement Canadian regulatory requirements and stay current with legal changes using SAP Regulatory Change Manager Tool
- Configure integration with Canadian compliance forms including TD1 Personal Tax Credits Return
Hands on experience in SAP Employee central payroll in
- Activation of ECP in Provisioning system.
- Experience in PCC (Payroll Control centre) configuration
- Point to Point Configuration
- ECP Configuration EC system.
- BIB Integration between EC and S/4 HANA
- Creation Process ID, Policies, custom PCC Alerts.
- Connection check between EC to ECP, Data replication.
- Time data i.e WSR, Overtime, absences etc Replication.
- SAML2 configuration
- Legal forms P11d, P60 accessible from EC
- Good knowledge in US and Canada benefits
- Experience in Point to Point Integration from EC to ECP
- Experience in BIB integration between EC and S/4 HANA
- Experience in working with CPI Integrations
- Experience in Payroll Control Center
- Creation of processes and step templates
- Creation of custom alerts and step templates
- Creation of Off cycle process
- Expertise in PCR/SCHEMA
