Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in configuring and customizing these modules to optimize recruitment workflows, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives on digital platforms.

We seek professionals with 8-10 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, ideally within diverse industries and global contexts. Hands-on experience with business process analysis, system integration, and post-implementation support is critical. Knowledge of SAP Core and Rizing HCM practices will be advantageous.

Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with cloud-based HR technologies will further contribute to success in this position, enabling rapid delivery of innovative recruitment solutions aligned with evolving client requirements.
