Role Purpose
The purpose of this role to deliver great customer service/experience by effectively acknowledging, tracking, and prioritizing all client cases as per the regulatory guidelines, and ensuring resolution as per the defined SLAs, by allocating the same to the relevant support team.

Must have Skills
LIDAR labeling experience is must.
⦁ Proven ability to understand, interpret, and prepare SOPs and policy guidelines.
⦁ Hands-on experience auditing LIDAR datasets.
⦁ Provide direction, guidance, and development support to a team of associates.
⦁ Oversee operational floor management by monitoring service levels, making informed decisions, and ensuring daily control of quality and productivity.
⦁ Deliver performance feedback to associates as needed and conduct weekly individual and team reviews.
⦁ Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, and client stakeholders to align on quality expectations.
⦁ Identify root causes of quality issues and lead both corrective and preventive action plans.

Responsibilities
• Work direction and development for a team of associates
• Provide operational floor management by monitoring service levels, making appropriate decisions, responsible for the daily monitoring of quality and production.
• Provide performance feedback to the associates as and when needed
• Assume administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Team Leader

- Minimum experience of 3 years OVERALL
- Open to work into shifts
