Senior Architect- Gen AI

Senior Technical Architect – AI-Native Enterprise Platform

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead the architecture of a next-generation, AI-native enterprise platform powering intelligent IT operations, managed services automation, and agentic AI workflows. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in Agentic AI, LLMs, FastAPI microservices, multi-cloud infrastructure, and ITSM integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the end-to-end platform architecture covering AI agents, LLM/RAG pipelines, data stores, API services, security, and cloud infrastructure.
Architect and govern Agentic AI frameworks including multi-agent workflows, LLM Gateway (Claude, GPT-4o, Llama), RAG pipelines, and AI guardrails for enterprise-grade reliability.
Lead design of FastAPI-based microservices, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and API Gateway standards across a high-performance, multi-tenant platform.
Design a multi-tiered data architecture spanning PostgreSQL, pgvector, Redis, MongoDB, Neo4j, InfluxDB, and Delta Lake for structured, unstructured, and vector data.
Drive multi-cloud strategy across AWS, Azure, and GCP, leveraging cloud-native services including Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and Vertex AI.
Define ITSM integration architecture with platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Remedy, along with observability tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
Enforce Zero Trust security, OAuth2/JWT authentication, RBAC/ABAC, HashiCorp Vault, and AI governance standards.
Champion DevSecOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and automated testing.
Mentor senior engineers and architects, drive technical governance, and present strategies to executive and enterprise stakeholders.

Requirement Analysis-Participate in requirement discussions with client stakeholders to define solution and implementation level needs basis the business requirements.

Designing-Create solution architecture designs to meet cross-system interactions and business logic integration requirements, ensuring system cohesion across multiple applications.

Integration assessment and support-Assess and evaluate interactions across multiple applications by evaluating implementation dependencies and integration requirements.

Troubleshooting-Support validation of solution components during implementation and ensures the solution functions as designed.

Risk Analysis and Assessment-Assist in identifying potential risks by evaluating system performance of implemented architectural solutions, to ensure efficient system landscape.
