Job Description
7–10 years of IAM experience, 4 + years in SailPoint IIQ development.
This role involves leading a team that handles incidents, problems, tasks, and patching related to IAM services.
Lead the day-to-day operations of the SailPoint IAM platform
Provide in-depth technical expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting
Configure and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ and related integration tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes.
Work closely with other IT teams, including infrastructure, security, and application development, to ensure seamless integration and operation of the IAM environment
Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements
Lead a team of IAM engineers .Mentor junior team members on IAM best practices
Provide status updates about Operations to Client.
Stay current with emerging IAM technologies and best practices
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation
Conduct regular performance tuning and system health check
