Job Description

As Scrum master play the role of being guardian of Scrum Team, someone that resolves impediment and have control over the scrum processes. Everything from coaching team about agile scrum, facilitating the scrum ceremonies, to delivering successful deliverables.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.Good skills to coach team how to follow agile methods.Good experience with Change management & compliance processes to changeUnderstand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.

Knowledge about other methodologies other than Agile-Scrum, so that he can explain other methodologies to motivate his team.

Good knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand the team needs to move teams to higher level of maturity.Hands on with work management & dashboard creation for meaningful measuresShould have knowledge about agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.

 

Skills:Demonstrable experience of Scrum, Kanban & Scaled Agile (SaFe)Demonstrable experience in Workflows & MetricsXP Experience & Data driven Solutions preferredPlanning Experience and Change

JIRA/Rally Confluence experience

Experience:Min 7+ yrs experience5+ years Scrum Master experience in any well-known software environment.Having 3 years minimum experience in Banking domains – Retail, Payments, CorporatePreferable to have worked in strong Scaling Agile Environments

Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .
