Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

• Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of M365 services, namely; Microsoft
SharePoint On-premises & Online, OneDrive and Dynamics 365
• Manage and operate the Microsoft Azure platform, infrastructure and cloud
services for the M365 related products that are on-boarded and supported.
• Ability to monitor M365 service usage, performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot SharePoint updates, including Cumulative Updates
(CU) for SharePoint 2016.
• Manage access issues, permission audits, and patching across UAT and PROD
environments.
• Support weekend deployments for MSSQL and SharePoint security patching,
including scheduling and execution.
• Facilitate migrations from On-Premises to SharePoint Online.
• Submit change requests and coordinate with database teams.
• Address user queries and schedule migrations for customized SharePoint sites.
• Participate in planning and deployment of DocWeb migration tooling.
• Able to work both proactively and reactively, driving reliability, stability and
operational excellence.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands, including flexibility with
working hours as and when required.
• Active participator in incident / problem management processes, acting as an
escalation point for M365 support cases.
• Contribute to daily/weekly handovers across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions.
• Track incidents, hardware changes, patch schedules, and Microsoft escalations.

A minimum of 3+ years’ experience as an M365 System Administrator, with
practical knowledge of on-boarding, migrating, integrating, configuring,
upgrading and supporting M365 services.
• Excellent knowledge of core M365 Services, including SharePoint Online,
OneDrive and Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of core Azure Cloud computing concepts (AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900,
Certification as a minimum requirement, with AZ-104 certification preferred).

• Good foundational understanding in Agile Methodologies, AI Operations, ITIL,
Data Analytics, PowerBI and Microsoft Modern Service Management.
• Track record of successful problem analysis and resolution, with extensive
hands-on IT support experience.
