Hiring: Team Leader | LiDAR & Data Labeling

Position: Team Leader
Band: B1
Location-Bangalore
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 48 months / 4+ years
Industry: BPO / Data Labeling / LiDAR Operations

Essential Hiring Skills

  • Mandatory hands-on experience in LiDAR labeling / annotation projects
  • Experience in LiDAR dataset auditing and quality checks
  • Current or previous experience as a Team Lead, preferably handling 20–22 associates
  • Strong people management, coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of operational SLAs/KPIs such as Shrinkage, Attrition, Quality, and AHT
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and prepare SOPs and policy guidelines
  • Strong experience in quality management, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action plans
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of approximately 20–22 associates.
  • Provide work direction, coaching, mentoring, and development support.
  • Monitor daily productivity, quality, and service levels to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one discussions, weekly reviews, and performance feedback sessions.
  • Audit LiDAR datasets and identify quality improvement opportunities.
  • Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, SMEs, Group Leaders, and client stakeholders.
  • Support administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Group Leader.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates currently working as a Team Lead with an official Team Lead designation and having strong hands-on experience in LiDAR labeling/Data Annotation operations will be preferred.

 

Mandatory Skills: Geographic Information Systems(Maps) .

 

Experience: 1-3 Years .
