Role Purpose
Develop solution architectures and implementation designs in support of the Client’s business-technology initiatives.
Implement SharePoint system solutions, including programming backend and frontend components extending the SharePoint environment/system capabilities.
Develop Power Automate and Power Apps forms as per the requirement from the client.
Develop product functional and technical requirements and design documents and specifications based on business requirements.
Create web-oriented applications, developing coding constructs, frameworks, components and interfaces supported by the SharePoint environment like Power automate, Power apps.
Shape the strategy, architecture, methodology and standards for delivering SharePoint solutions.

Total 10+ years experience and
Experience in SharePoint 2016, SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online;
Expertise in Power Automate flows and Power apps forms like list-based apps and canvass apps
and PowerShell is mandatory.
Good experience in customer handing, team handling and project management; SharePoint-L3 (Mandatory).

- Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries
- Manage and resolve technical roadblocks/ escalations as per SLA and quality requirements
- If unable to resolve the issues, timely escalate the issues to TA & SES
- Provide product support and resolution to clients by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions
- Troubleshoot all client queries in a user-friendly, courteous and professional manner
- Offer alternative solutions to clients (where appropriate) with the objective of retaining customersâ and clientsâ business
- Organize ideas and effectively communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers to record feedback and ensure compliance to contract SLAâÂÂs
