Location Flexibility- PAN India, Any Wipro location Hybrid mode.

Shift Timings- Hybrid model and IST timings.: (Afternoon shift, 12 to 9 )

Below is the summary of the JD:

Primary Role Skills (Core)

  • OpenText NNMi Administration (Expert)
    Installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, HA operations, health monitoring, troubleshooting, and day‑to‑day platform support.
  • NNMi / iSPI / Optic Operations
    Administration and operational support of NNMi ecosystem tools; handling alerts, events, integrations, and escalations.
  • Linux Server Administration
    OS-level support for NNMi (services, logs, filesystem, permissions, performance).                                                                    
  • Automation & Scripting
    Python / Shell / Perl for operational automation and troubleshooting.
  • Network Monitoring Fundamentals
    Strong knowledge of SNMP (v2/v3), ICMP, SSH, traps, polling, and event correlation.
  • Production Operations & Incident Management
    Incident, problem, and change handling for monitoring platforms.

✅ Secondary Role Skills (Supporting)

  • Optic / Vertica – Working Knowledge
    Support, validation, and basic administration.
  • Monitoring & Observability Tools
    Exposure to NA, NFA/NetFlow, Grafana, and open-source monitoring tools.
  • Integrations
    Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring integrations.
  • Databases & Tooling
    Basic Postgres and GitHub usage.

1.    Provide tool design, development and deployment support for the project delivery 
a.    Interact with the internal project or client to understand the project requirement from a tool perspective 
b.    Design the solution keeping in mind the tool requirements, current tools available as well as details on licenses required etc.
c.    Provide budget and timeline estimates for the tool development/ deployment as required
d.    For any new tool development, identify sources for development (internal or 3rd party) and work with the project managers on the development of the tool keeping in mind the production rollout timelines
e.    Conduct commercial discussions with the 3rd party vendors for licenses or tool development 
f.    Conduct appropriate testing to ensure error free deployment of the tool on the project
g.    Ensure deployment of tool on time and within the estimated budget
