Job Description

·      Experience in setting up & working in GCC.
Expertise in developing and operationalising enterprise monitoring frameworks for Distributed Decision Support Systems (DSS), process surveillance, and plant-performance monitoring across multiple manufacturing sites.
Strong capability in KPI surveillance, early-warning systems, anomaly detection, and exception-based monitoring to proactively identify operational and asset-performance risks.
Experienced in establishing centralised monitoring centres that provide 24x7 visibility into operational, maintenance, reliability, and process-performance indicators across all plants.
Skilled in identifying process deviations, abnormal operating conditions, and equipment performance deterioration using advanced analytics and industrial AI solutions.
Proficient in implementing event management, notification workflows, escalation matrices, and governance processes for timely issue resolution.
Strong understanding of historian platforms, process data analytics, alarm management systems, and real-time industrial monitoring technologies.
Experienced in integrating predictive analytics, condition monitoring, and process surveillance solutions to support proactive asset and operational management.
Capable of defining enterprise exception-reporting frameworks, performance scorecards, and monitoring governance structures.
Drives standardisation of monitoring methodologies, KPIs, escalation protocols, and operational response frameworks across multiple sites.
