Role Definition
The role of a trainer is to develop a competency and skill sets in an individual to perform his/her effectively and efficiently in the work place. The trainer should communicate to the trainees about what is expected out of training in a simple and professional way.

Facilitation Mastery: Moving beyond "lecturing" to guide discussions, manage group dynamics, and handle "high-status" or skeptical participants.
Curriculum Design: Proficiency in the ADDIE or SAM models to create structured learning journeys { Not a Mandate}
Stakeholder Management: The ability to consult with Department Heads to identify performance gaps rather than just taking "order requests" for training.
Behavioral Competency Mapping: Understanding how to translate abstract concepts (like "Emotional Intelligence") into observable workplace behaviors.

End-to-End Delivery: Designing and facilitating high-impact workshops for mid-to-senior level management.
Needs Analysis: Conducting TNA (Training Needs Analysis) through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
Program Management: Overseeing the logistics of the leadership calendar, including vendor management for external programs.
Mentorship: Acting as a behavioral consultant for employees, providing feedback and "action plans" post-training.
Content Refresh: Constantly updating training material to ensure it reflects current global leadership trends (e.g., Hybrid Team Management).
