Job Description:

Wipro is hiring a full-time MS Copilot Studio and GitHub Copilot Enablement Engineer for its Global Business Services technology organization in Chennai and Hyderabad. The role focuses on enterprise AI adoption, developer productivity, responsible use, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.   

  • Platform expertise: The engineer will serve as the enterprise subject matter expert for Microsoft Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, and GitHub Copilot, covering prompt engineering, agents, connectors, grounding data, security configurations, coding assistance, testing, and business-focused use cases.
  • Training and enablement: Responsibilities include creating role-based learning paths, conducting hands-on labs and workshops, developing prompt libraries and reusable accelerators, mentoring a network of champions, and producing guides, checklists, playbooks, and videos.
  • Governance and quality: The role establishes Copilot bot lifecycle standards, collaborates with Controls, Cyber, and Compliance teams on data loss prevention and responsible artificial intelligence, promotes grounded prompts, performs output quality checks, and maintains approved connector, repository, and use-case catalogs.
  • Communications and adoption: The engineer will create launch communications and adoption materials, lead awareness campaigns and related events, report adoption insights and risks to leadership, and promote consistent Copilot practices across product and engineering teams.
  • Qualifications and skills: Theposition requires 10 or more years of experience in developer experience, artificial intelligence enablement, automation platforms, DevOps tooling, or technology adoption; hands-on Copilot experience; knowledge of conversational AI, grounding, connectors, and responsible artificial intelligence; enterprise training experience; strong communication and collaboration skills; and earlier hands-on exposure to Java, .Net, or Python.   
  • Performance measures: Success will be assessed through active-user rates, prompt and bot usage, code acceptance, time savings, pull-request improvements, grounding adherence, policy compliance, training participation, feedback, champion-network growth, and user satisfaction.

Stakeholder Collaboration-Collaborate with cross functional teams  to understand requirements, support development activities, check system compatibility, and ensure solutions meet expected standards.
