Job Description

The ideal candidate will drive the execution of structural test plans on baseboards/systems with cross functional teams, which includes production support, failure and yield analysis, and optimize quality/production efficiency. The candidate will be responsible for the fixture/program deployment of structural test plan from NPI to MP with timely issue resolution and escalation. You will work closely with the Asia team, tester vendors, fixture houses, and CMs to enable the process.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage production issues related to fixture/program with timely resolution

  • Optimize the structural test plan based on the ICT/FCT yield analysis to find SMT, PCB, and component issues earlier.

  • Work with CM, tester vendors, and fixture houses by providing detailed DFM and guidance to meet ICT requirements.

  • Provide support for production bring-up and debugging.

  • Define and provide procedure/document and technical support if needed.

What you need:

  • Master degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or other related fields.

  • 2+ years' experience in ICT programming, fixture design/manufacturing, and factory testing areas

  • Experience in ICT development capability, HW design understanding, board debug capabilities. and structured test understanding.

  • Good knowledge of board manufacturing flow, PCB/fixture design, proven program management capability, experience and results.

  • Hands-on experience with lab tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, TDR, BERT)

  • Excellent communication, quantitative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Must be a strong team player, supporting & analytical skill, and good working habits.

  • Self-starter who can accomplish assigned tasks with minimal supervision
