Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) infrastructure.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise DNS and DHCP services.
  • Administer and support F5 BIG-IP platforms, including LTM and DNS modules.
  • Perform load balancer configuration, application onboarding, and traffic management.
  • Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and ensure high availability.
  • Implement security and best practices for DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and F5 environments.
  • Collaborate with network, security, and application teams for project delivery and operational support.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
  • Experience with F5 BIG-IP (LTM, GTM/DNS) administration and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security.

Design, implement, administer, and support enterprise-level DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DDI platforms such as Infoblox, BlueCat, or EfficientIP and possess strong networking and troubleshooting skills to ensure the availability, scalability, and security of critical IP services.

Key Responsibilities

DDI Administration

  • Manage and maintain enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM infrastructure.
  • Configure and administer DNS zones, records, delegations, forwarding, and conditional forwarding.
  • Manage DHCP scopes, reservations, failover configurations, and lease management.
  • Administer IPAM databases, subnet allocation, and utilization tracking.
  • Ensure high availability and resilience of DDI services.

Operations & Support

  • Monitor DDI infrastructure and proactively address performance issues.
  • Troubleshoot DNS resolution, DHCP assignment, and IP-related connectivity issues.
  • Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring service disruptions.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for DDI-related incidents.

Cloud & Automation

  • Support DDI integration with Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Automate DNS, DHCP, and IPAM activities using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, or Ansible.
  • Develop and maintain operational scripts and workflows.

Security & Compliance

  • Implement DNS security best practices including DNSSEC, RPZ, and threat protection.
  • Support enterprise security initiatives related to DNS and IP services.
  • Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards and policies.

F5 Load Balancer 

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced F5 Load Balancer Engineer to manage, support, troubleshoot, and optimize F5 BIG-IP environments. The candidate should possess strong expertise in F5 LTM, GTM/DNS, traffic management, load balancing, SSL offloading, and high-availability architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, administer, and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP LTM and GTM environments.
  • Create and maintain Virtual Servers, Pools, Nodes, Monitors, Profiles, Persistence, SNAT, and SSL configurations. 
  • Perform Layer 2/Layer 3 troubleshooting and traffic-flow analysis.
  • Implement, modify, and troubleshoot iRules and traffic policies.   
  • Configure DNS/GSLB services and manage Wide IPs using GTM. 
  • Monitor system health, capacity, performance, and availability of F5 appliances. 
  • Handle critical incidents (P1/P2) and perform root cause analysis (RCA). 
  • Coordinate with application, server, network, security, and vendor teams for issue resolution. 
  • Perform upgrades, patching, backup, restore, and HA synchronization activities. 
  • Work with F5 TAC for complex troubleshooting and service-impacting issues. 
  • Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, implementation plans, and operational reports. 

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI Model, Routing & Switching. 
  • Hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM/GTM. 
  • Experience with:
    • Virtual Servers
    • Pools & Pool Members
    • Health Monitors
    • Persistence Profiles
    • SSL Offloading
    • SNAT/NAT
    • iRules
    • High Availability (HA)
  • Good understanding of DNS, GSLB, and application traffic flows. 
  • Packet capture and analysis using Wireshark/tcpdump. 
  • Knowledge of Linux fundamentals and web application architectures.
  • Experience working in enterprise production environments.

Preferred Skills

  • F5 ASM/WAF, APM, or Distributed Cloud (XC) knowledge. 
  • Exposure to Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco, Fortinet firewalls. 
  • Automation using Ansible, Python, REST APIs. 
  • F5 Certifications (101/201/301 series)
