Job Description

Lead the design, delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity programs and services, driving innovation, operational excellence, and business growth across global markets.

  • Lead End-to-End Cybersecurity Programs across security platform deployments, cloud security transformations, vulnerability management initiatives, and service transition projects.
  • Derive program for Security Solutions aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to enhance the organization's security posture.
  • Drive Security Service Innovation by developing and enhancing cybersecurity service offerings, frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
  • Establish Governance and Operational Models to ensure effective program execution, risk management, quality assurance, and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with Business and Technical Stakeholders to define security roadmaps, solution architectures, and strategic cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Evaluate and Adopt Emerging Technologies through research, assessment, and integration of new cybersecurity tools, platforms, and operating models.
  • Provide Technical Leadership and Advisory Services for large-scale security transformation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer expectations.
  • Enable Knowledge Transfer and Capability Building by mentoring teams, sharing industry best practices, and strengthening internal cybersecurity competencies.
  • Manage Global and Multi-Country Delivery Engagements while ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, governance standards, and customer requirements.
  • Improve Service Scalability and Business Growth by enhancing operational efficiency, customer confidence, service competitiveness, and supporting expansion into international markets.
