Position: End User Computing (EUC) Architect
Location: Washington - District of Columbia
Job Summary:
The End User Computing (EUC) Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable desktop management solutions. This role focuses on leveraging Windows Autopilot for desktop imaging and managing large-scale device rejoining processes. The architect will work closely with IT operations, support teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless end-user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement EUC architecture leveraging Windows Autopilot for desktop imaging.
Lead the rejoining and onboarding of 10,000+ EUC devices into the enterprise environment.
Develop and maintain imaging workflows and automation scripts for device provisioning.
Collaborate with IT support teams to troubleshoot and optimize device deployment processes.
Ensure compliance with security and configuration standards across all EUC devices.
Monitor and report on device health, performance, and user experience metrics.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to EUC support and engineering teams.
Stay updated with the latest EUC technologies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience in EUC architecture and desktop management.
Proven expertise in Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
Experience managing large-scale device rejoining and provisioning projects.
Strong understanding of Windows OS deployment, imaging, and configuration.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
