ServiceNow Architect 

 

  • At least 10+ years of experience in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM Business Process Consulting, implementation in ServiceNow, Architecture/Design end to end platform roll out.
  • Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations and priorities.
  • Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow- CMDB, ServiceMap, ITAM.
  • Should have built CDM or CSDM models for different customer base • Have done multiple API based, Plugin based, Orchestration based integrations between ServiceNow and other COTS products.
  • Have hands-on experience on ServiceNow Orchestration and implemented Cloud lifecycle management and provisioning in public and private clouds, hybrid clouds.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
  • Lead ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.
  • Lead ServiceNow implementations in a domain separated environment and multi-vendor environment.
  • Manages development efforts pertaining to modules of the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, including support for newly developed modules / products.
  • Participates in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, development, and rollout phases.
  • Contributes to the strategic development of new platform customizations, as needed, based on customer needs.
  • Participates in the collection and implementation of tool requirements and investigates as necessary to determine the best solution or configuration options available based on the specific requirement.
  • Certification ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow Admin Certified, ServiceNow Implementation specialist in ITSM and CAD or ITOM or ITBM is must.
