Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

Responsibilities

• • Knowledge Management
    1) Create and maintain knowledge repositories, accessible to all required POCs and stakeholders 
    2) Update and sign off training content at agreed intervals Role & Leadership Development , Talent Strategy and Management 2.a) Show initiative in seeking out learning opportunities to enhance instructional design skills and knowledge. 2.b) Actively participate in team projects, offer guidance and support to colleagues, and potentially mentor junior team members.
    3)  Take ownership of projects, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage tasks effectively.
    4) Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within the scope of instructional design projects.
    Evaluating Impact
    1) Develop and implement evaluation quizzes, surveys to measure the effectiveness of training materials.
    2) analyze data from evaluations to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement in instructional materials.Business Insight , Consulting and Business Partnering & Future Readiness 2.a) Understand the company's goals, objectives, and overall business strategy 2.b) Consult with stakeholders, including subject matter experts, managers, and learners, to identify training needs 
    3) Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure that training solutions are current and relevant.
    4) Proactively identify opportunities to innovate and improve training processes and outcomes.Performance ManagementNilData and Analytics1) Collect and analyze data on learner performance, engagement, and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials.

Grduates with 5+ years of experience in Content designing
