Job Role :Integration Architect ( End User Computing)

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

  • Architect and design EUC solutions including physical desktops, laptops, tablets, thin clients, and virtual desktops.
  • Develop technical specifications and deployment strategies for VDI platforms such as VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps, and Azure Virtual Desktop.

Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Management

  • Lead implementation and lifecycle management of VDI environments.
  • Oversee provisioning, patching, and upgrades of VDI components.
  • Knowledge on golden image creation and release templates using tools like Citrix Provisioning Services and UniDesk.

Device & OS Management

  • Windows 10/11 and macOS environments using MECM, Intune, and other device management tools.
  • Knowledge on  provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of EUC devices.

Security & Compliance

  • Knowledge on endpoint protection, encryption, and secure access protocols.
  • Knowledge on compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

  • Maintain architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Conduct design reviews and technical sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Change Managers to educate users on new collaboration experiences and technical enablement.
  • Ensure minimal disruption during transition phases through proactive communication and training.

Cross-Company Application Access Enablement

  • Lead Basic Federation and Cross-Tenant Sync setup for seamless calendar, Teams, and email interoperability.
  • Oversee Single M365 Tenant consolidation, including license assignment, authentication models, and Teams Voice migration.
Mandatory Skills: Program Management .

 

Experience: >10 YEARS .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
