Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Coordinator to manage and optimize inventory across our main warehouse, satellite locations, and global remote sites. This is a highly visible, client-facing role that requires a strong balance of analytical skills, vendor management, and hands-on inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee and track inventory across the central warehouse, manned satellite locations, and global remote sites.
  • Cycle Counting & Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and perform detailed root-cause analysis.
  • Aging Analysis: Monitor and analyze inventory aging to optimize stock levels and prevent obsolescence.
  • Procurement & Purchasing: Source inventory and warehouse supplies from various vendors and manage the creation of Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Client Relations: Act as a primary client contact, ensuring excellent service through extensive email communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Data Reporting: Track metrics and present findings using spreadsheets, graphs, presentations, and proprietary software.

Requirements & Physical Demands:

  • Strong client-facing skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using spreadsheets, presentation tools, and inventory management systems.
  • Physical ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Experience: 1-3 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $37,500 to $83,600 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
