Job Description: 

AI developer

AI-Driven SRE Automation

  • Design and develop AI agents for incident detection, root cause analysis (RCA), auto-remediation, and postmortem generation.
  • Integrate LLMs( Claude ) via Amazon Bedrock for:
    • Log summarization and anomaly detection
    • Intelligent alert correlation
    • Change impact analysis
    • Runbook automation

AI Developer Tooling Integration

  • Implement secure and scalable workflows leveraging:
    • Cursor for AI-assisted code generation and refactoring
    • GitHub Copilot for automation script development and test generation
  • Build internal AI-enhanced developer platforms for SRE teams.

Cloud experience 

  • Deploy and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).

Reliability & Observability

  • Implement AI-powered observability pipelines.
  • Develop self-healing infrastructure frameworks.
  • Improve MTTR using predictive and generative AI models.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps.
  • 2+ years experience working with AWS production workloads.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Amazon Bedrock 
    • AI agent frameworks (LangChain, Claude)
    • Python / Go / TypeScript
  • Strong experience with:
    • Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
    • CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
    • Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)
    • Background in platform engineering
    • Experience building autonomous AI agents for infrastructure management.

 

 
Mandatory Skills: GenAI Consulting for Apps & Infra .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
