Job Description: 

TPM

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage and deliver large-scale technology programs. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional initiatives, ensure timely delivery, and align technical solutions with business objectives while leveraging Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.


 

͏Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple teams within Banking & Cards initiatives
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across technology and business teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Business, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance teams
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track progress using Jira (boards, backlogs, sprint tracking)
  • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and knowledge repositories in Confluence
  • Drive status reporting, governance, and stakeholder communication at all levels
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactively
  • Ensure adherence to Citi’s regulatory, risk, and compliance frameworks
  • Coordinate release planning and deployment activities
  • Support continuous improvement in Agile delivery and program execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:͏

  • 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management or TPM roles
  • Strong domain experience in Banking & Cards (Payments, Credit Cards, Issuing/Acquiring)
  • Hands-on expertise with Jira (workflow management, reporting) and Confluence
  • Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery lifecycle
  • Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent programs

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
