Job summaryThe Technical Program Manager for Network, Routing, and Security will lead and drive the delivery of complex technical programs aimed at enhancing the security, performance, and reliability of our global network infrastructure. The role requires a deep technical understanding of network technologies, routing protocols, and security controls, combined with strong program management skills to coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilitie
Program leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional network and security programs from concept to deployment. This includes defining program scope, objectives, success metrics, and overall strategy
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and manage dependencies. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, adapting communication to different audiences.
Roadmap management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and long-term technology strategy. Manage competing priorities and effectively allocate resources
Risk and issue management: Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program timelines or objectives. Develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues to senior leadership when necessary
Operational excellence: Drive continuous improvement of security and network processes, including automation, tooling, and operational procedures. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and quality
Network security integration: Ensure that security best practices are integrated throughout the network infrastructure lifecycle, from design to implementation. Coordinate security audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance activities.
Documentation and reporting: Create and maintain program documentation, including design documents, project plans, and status reports. Regularly communicate program status, issues, and successes to teams and senior leadership.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
