Mainframe –

Key Responsibilities  

 

  • Minimum work experience:8 to 10 Years in Mainframe development. 
     
        COBOL-L3 (Mandatory) 
        DB2 - Z/OS Application Programming-L3 (Mandatory) 
        JCL - Job Control Language-L3 (Mandatory) 
        VSAM (Mandatory) 
        CICS (Optional) 
     
  • Knowledge of IBM IDz, Z/OS connect and automation would be an added advantage but not mandatory. 
  • Knowledge of payments domain will be a plus
  • Responsible for functional/technical track of a project. 
  • Agile mindset and methodologies e.g., Scrum

Behavioral skill 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
  • Worked with Onshore/ Offshore model
  • An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities 
Mandatory Skills: Application Modernization - Mainframe .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
