Job Description

Recent graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, eager to start a career in on‑site IT Technical Support. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting end users and learning troubleshooting best practices in a professional environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience (internship, social service, traineeship, or entry‑level role is acceptable).
  • Availability to work rotating shifts.
  • Ability to work on-site in Santa Fe.
  • Basic technical support knowledge,
  • Real on‑site support experience and exposure to corporate IT processes
  • Coaching and practical learning to grow your technical skills
  • Career development path within IT support / service desk / infrastructure
