Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution.

Primary Skill: Site Reliability Engineer

Required Skill:

Lead Technology Triage: Drive incident resolution efforts by coordinating restoral steps and ensuring timely recovery of services.

Root Cause Analysis: Identify underlying issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with ITIL process teams and other stakeholders to enhance environment stability.

Server Management: Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers in distributed environments.

Application Flow Understanding: Analyze distributed application behavior and dependencies for troubleshooting.

Code-Level Insight: Possess working knowledge of Java and .NET for effective issue diagnosis.

Scripting & Automation: Develop scripts to streamline operational tasks and improve system reliability.

Database & Network Expertise: Utilize SQL/Oracle knowledge and troubleshoot network transport layer issues.
Mandatory Skills: SRE Operations .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
