Job Description
Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Support Engineer with strong development and diagnostic skills to support Topcoder’s enterprise clients and platform operations. This role involves troubleshooting, deploying fixes, and creating insightful dashboards and reports to enhance visibility and performance. You will work across multiple domains—engineering, operations, and client delivery—ensuring seamless support and integration with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform and production issues.
- Analyze root causes and propose effective solutions.
- Automate repetitive tasks and develop workarounds for platform gaps.
- Set up virtual environments and support client access.
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Salesforce.

- Log issues in Jira with initial findings and troubleshooting details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base.
- Participate in demos and stakeholder walkthroughs.
- Support rotational shifts and weekend coverage as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in application development or technical support.
- Proficient in Java, .NET, Python, or NodeJS.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with RDBMS.
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments and system administration.
- Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with Power BI and Salesforce reporting.

- Ability to automate tasks and build tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and collaboration.
- Basic understanding of Zendesk or similar ticketing tools.
- Working knowledge of Postman API for testing and debugging.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or MCA.
