Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, integration , regression & UAT Testing for Genesys Cloud Contract Center solutions
Validate & Test routing strategies , call flows, IVR, Chatbots & Digital channels within genesys cloud
Work with Genesys cloud admin console to configure , test , & Troubleshoot Contact center features
Support test planning , test case design, teest data creation & execution
Identify , document & track defects using tool like JIRA / ALM
Collaborate with developers, bysiess analysts & administrators to ensure defects are resolved & retested
Perform validation for system performancw, scalability & reliability in the genesys environment
Good understanding of telephony concepts (SIP, VIOP,IVR , ACD, Routing , call recording )
