Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

 Good in Payment end to end process

Skills:

Java, Spring Boot, Micorservices,Payment domain or Bannking domain

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge in DevOps, CI-CD
Understanding on source control, versioning, branching etc.
Experienced in Agile methodology and Waterfall models
Strong experience in Application Delivery, that also includes Production Support
Very Good presentation and documentation skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks
Awareness about Release Management
Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with relevant stakeholders

1 Process No. of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback, NSAT/ ESAT
2 Team Management Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism
3 Capability development Triages completed, Technical Test performance

 
Mandatory Skills: Spring Boot .
