Job Description: Java Backend Developer

Location: Bangalore / Gurugram

Experience- 7 to 11yrs

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with strong experience in Spring Boot, REST API development, and AWS cloud services to design and build scalable, high‑performance applications. The role involves working in a microservices-based architecture, leveraging cloud infrastructure, and contributing to CI/CD-driven delivery.

Role Overview

The candidate will be responsible for developing backend services using Java and Spring Boot, building RESTful APIs, and deploying applications on AWS. The role requires hands-on experience with cloud services, Infrastructure as Code, and modern DevOps practices to support reliable and efficient software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot
  • Build and expose RESTful APIs for microservices-based systems
  • Develop and deploy applications on AWS, using services such as S3, EMR, and Lambda
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
  • Work within a microservices architecture, ensuring scalability and resilience
  • Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment
  • Use Git for version control and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot
  • Hands-on experience with REST API development
  • Working knowledge of AWS services (S3, EMR, Lambda)
  • Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation
  • Understanding of microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
Mandatory Skills: Java API Microservices Integration .
