Location and Work Mode: Warsaw - client office, Hybrid 1-3 days from client office.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
- Build and enhance REST APIs and microservices following security and industry best practices.
- Contribute to application enhancements, feature development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality, maintainable, scalable, and performant code.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, DevOps, and operations teams to deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical evaluations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support application stability through monitoring and analysis.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve development standards, processes, and engineering practices.
- Adapt to new technologies and contribute to proof-of-concepts and technical innovation initiatives.
- Deliver solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment while meeting quality and timeline expectations.

Key Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Java development and enterprise application engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, REST API development, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Experience designing and developing secure, reliable, and scalable APIs.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools including Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Humio, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, coding standards, and clean code principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong focus on quality, accountability, and delivering high-performance, defect-free solutions.
