Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications using Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
· Build and integrate backend services with Genesys Engage and Genesys CloudCX platforms, including APIs, workflows, and interaction processing systems.
· Develop and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ for real-time data streaming and asynchronous processing.
· Modernize and refactor existing applications by upgrading Java versions, enhancing frameworks, and optimizing performance, scalability, and security.
· Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Single Sign-On (SSO).
· Design and develop database interaction layers using Hibernate, JDBC, and relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL.
· Contribute to multi-region and distributed system design, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
· Develop and execute automated testing and validation frameworks to ensure software quality and deployment readiness.
· Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system design, API specifications, and integration guidelines.
Collaboration & Technical Contribution
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, infrastructure, and DevOps to support application development and deployment across cloud and on-premise environments.
· Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and architectural planning sessions.
· Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to adoption of best practices in software development.
Operational Responsibilities
· Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis using logs and monitoring tools such as Splunk.
· Support application deployment, release management, and CI/CD processes in collaboration with DevOps teams.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including performance optimization and system reliability enhancements.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
