Java Full stack Lead(React JS)

Job Description: Java Full Stack Developer (7+ Years) – React JS & Azure Migration

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of experience in building scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java backend technologies, modern frontend frameworks (React JS), and hands-on experience in Azure cloud migration and application modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React JS
  • Lead and support Azure cloud migration projects (on-premise to Azure / legacy modernization)
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based systems
  • Participate in application re-architecture and modernization initiatives
  • Develop scalable solutions using cloud-native Azure services
  • Collaborate with DevOps, QA, UI/UX, and Product teams for end-to-end delivery
  • Ensure high quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
  • Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for sprint-based delivery

Required Technical Skills

Backend

  • Strong experience in Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, Spring MVC
  • Experience in building Microservices architecture
  • Hands-on with Hibernate / JPA
  • Expertise in REST API design and development
  • Knowledge of security (OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security)

Frontend

  • Strong hands-on experience in React JS
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
  • Experience with Redux / Context API / modern state management
  • Familiarity with UI frameworks like Material UI / Bootstrap

Cloud & Azure Migration

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including:
    • Azure App Services
    • Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
    • Azure Functions
    • Azure Storage & Key Vault
    • Azure SQL / Cosmos DB
  • Experience with Azure Migration strategies:
    • Re-hosting (Lift & Shift)
    • Re-platforming / Refactoring
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines

Database

  • Strong working experience with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
  • Exposure to NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Docker & Kubernetes containerization
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / ARM templates)
  • Knowledge of Event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Experience in monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights)
  • Understanding of Design Patterns & Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • BFSI / Financial services domain experience (preferred)
Mandatory Skills: Fullstack Java Enterprise .
