Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Architect with 15+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java technologies, modern application architecture, cloud-native development, security, and DevSecOps practices. This role will lead architecture decisions, define technical roadmaps, and support end-to-end solution delivery in a regulated enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
  • Define architecture standards, development frameworks, and best practices.
  • Develop and oversee implementation of microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and modern web applications.
  • Provide technical leadership for solutions built using Java, Spring Boot, React, Kafka, and Oracle.
  • Ensure adherence to secure coding standards, DevSecOps practices, CI/CD controls, and automated testing strategies.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into architecture solutions.
  • Guide development teams through design reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization initiatives.
  • Drive application modernization and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Work within established SDLC and PDLC frameworks while ensuring compliance and quality standards.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, solution design, or application architecture.
  • Advanced expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Kafka, Oracle, DevSecOps, and Test Automation.
  • Strong experience in microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, secure software development, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to independently drive complex technical initiatives and architectural decisions.
  • Experience working within regulated enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • TOGAF certification.
  • Experience with large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise integration patterns.

 

 

Mandatory Skills: Fullstack Java Enterprise .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 100000 to CAD 150000 .
