Job Title: Security Architect

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Security Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise-wide cybersecurity solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in security architecture, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), cloud security, network security, security operations, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance. This role will be responsible for strengthening the organization's security posture, leading security transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Security Architecture & Strategy

• Design and implement enterprise security architectures across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Develop security roadmaps, standards, policies, and architectural frameworks.
• Define security controls aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead Zero Trust, defense-in-depth, and cyber resilience initiatives.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Establish and maintain governance, risk, and compliance programs.
• Conduct risk assessments, control testing, gap analyses, and remediation planning.
• Support compliance requirements for ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, CIS Benchmarks, DISA STIG, and ITGC.
• Partner with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance readiness and successful audits.

Cloud Security

• Architect and secure cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Implement cloud security controls, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
• Perform cloud security assessments and recommend remediation strategies.
• Secure cloud infrastructure, workloads, applications, and identities.

Security Operations & Threat Management

• Lead security operations initiatives and improve cyber defense capabilities.
• Design and implement SIEM, SOAR, Endpoint Security, DLP, and Threat Management solutions.
• Establish monitoring, incident response, and threat hunting processes.
• Drive cyber resilience exercises and disaster recovery security planning.

Network & Infrastructure Security

• Design secure network architectures including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, VPN, and proxy solutions.
• Implement network segmentation, secure remote access, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).
• Review and optimize firewall policies, network security controls, and secure connectivity solutions.
• Establish baseline configurations aligned with CIS standards and security best practices.

Vulnerability Management & Penetration Testing

• Lead vulnerability assessments and penetration testing programs.
• Review security findings and develop remediation plans.
• Assess application and infrastructure security against OWASP Top 10 and industry standards.
• Oversee enterprise vulnerability management initiatives.

SIEM, SOAR & Security Engineering

• Design, implement, and optimize SIEM and SOAR platforms.
• Develop security monitoring use cases and automation workflows.
• Integrate security technologies and threat intelligence platforms.
• Enhance security visibility and incident response through automation.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Provide technical leadership for cybersecurity initiatives and security transformation programs.
• Collaborate with business, technology, audit, and compliance stakeholders.
• Mentor security teams and promote cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
• Present security risks, architecture recommendations, and compliance status to leadership teams.
