Job Description:

  • Requirements Elicitation and Refinement:
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business needs. 
    • Breaking down high-level requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria. 
    • Ensuring user stories are clear, concise, and testable. 
    • Refining the product backlog ensure it's ready for development.
  • Communication and Facilitation:
    • Acting as a liaison between stakeholders, the Product Owner, and the development team. 
    • Facilitating communication and clarification of requirements. 
    • Ensuring everyone understands the business needs and project goals
  • Product Backlog Management:
    • Supporting the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog. 
    • Helping to estimate the size and effort required for user stories. 
    • Identifying and escalating dependencies between user stories.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: 
    • Assisting in defining acceptance criteria for user stories. 
    • Participating in testing and validation activities to ensure the developed features meet the requirements. 
    • Contributing to user acceptance testing efforts. 
    • Participate in sprint planning daily scrums, and retrospectives. 
    • Assist with creating wireframes, mockups or process flows. 
    • Help with change management activities related to product releases

 

Required Skills:

  • Business Analysis experience in Financial Services Industr
  • ​Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
  • Familiarity with user story creation and acceptance testing.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Understanding of business analysis techniques and best practices
  • Experience with data analysis

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
