Key Responsibilities
•    Define program roadmap and sprint plans for ingestion, catalog, and DQ tracks.
•    Manage cross‑functional team of 20+ (onshore/offshore), including Ingestion Lead and Data Stewards.
•    Act as primary liaison to CLIENT Business & IT sponsors; chair steering committees.
•    Maintain RAID log; drive timely risk mitigation and issue resolution.
•    Ensure compliance with CLIENT audit, security, and regulatory standards


Required Skills & Experienc

•    10+ years program/project management in data or analytics.
•    Proven track record in financial‑services or other regulated domains.
•    Working knowledge of Snowflake, Collibra, and DQ concepts.
•    Expertise in Agile/SAFe delivery and Jira/Confluence tooling.
•    Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills


Preferred Qualification


•    PMP, PMI‑ACP, or SAFe SPC.
•    Capital‑markets post‑trade exposure.
•    Experience managing offshore delivery models.

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
