The purpose of this role is to lead DevOps team to facilitate better coordination among operations, development and testing functions by automating and streamlining the integration and deployment processes

Atlassian Cloud Migration Lead

Experience: 10+ years

Location- Bangalore/Mumbai

4 days work from office

 

Key Responsibilities

  • 10+ years IT/platform/infrastructure experience.
  • 5+ years leading Atlassian Cloud migrations.
  • Lead end-to-end Jira & Confluence Cloud migration, from discovery and planning through cutover and hypercare.
  • Own migration strategy, wave planning, technical decisions, and go/no-go decisions.
  • Lead Cloud-to-Cloud migrations using JCMA and CCMA.
  • Design and implement delta/incremental migration mechanisms using Atlassian REST APIs, JCMA/CCMA reruns, or migration tools.
  • Build/drive automated source-to-target reconciliation for issues, pages, attachments, and exceptions.
  • Resolve migration blockers, data-integrity issues, and cutover risks.
  • Manage migration runbooks, evidence packs, UAT/reconciliation outcomes, rollback planning, and knowledge transfer.
  • Work closely with Cloud Admin, Security/Identity, Solution Architect, and Migration Engineers.
