Do

- Around 7-10 years of overall experience on Active directory in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Strong experience on AD design and Deployment (minimum 5 years).
- Strong Experience on AD upgrade to Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2/2016/2019.
- Strong Experience on AD migration (ADMT, Quest, Binary tree).
- Very good understanding of AD forest/domain structure.
- In-depth understanding of AD sites and replication topology.
- Planning and in-depth understanding of OU structure.
- Very good understanding on GPO configuration and Management.
- Hands on experience on AD customization.
- Hands on experience on using various AD tools.
- Understanding and hands-on experience on Azure Disk, Azure Resource Monitoring.
- Experience in runbook automation, Azure resource manager, Azure functions, Azure Backup and Restoration.
- Good understanding and hands-on experience on configuring and troubleshooting application gateway firewall, load balancers, VM/Disk encryption, Azure vaults, network security group.
- Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure traffic manager, apply security on different azure resources and application.
- Hands-on experience and troubleshooting on Azure Virtual Network Gateway, ExpressRoute.
- Good understanding of cost management and billing, resource utilization and calculation.
- Hands-on experience on availability-set.
- Experience is using Operations Management Suite (OMS).
- Micro-services based architecture & design experience.
- Good knowledge of Service Orchestration.

2. Skill upgradation and competency building
- Clear wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade the skills
- Attend trainings, seminars to sharpen the knowledge in functional/ technical domain
- Write papers, articles, case studies and publish them on the intranet
