Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

Mandatory Skills:
Azure Cloud Services, Azure ,AWS,Bicep,Terraform + CI/CD, Github, Jenkin
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to design cloud estate.
• Identify risks and develop strategies for a smooth cloud transition.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore architects to design scalable, secure Azure cloud architectures using using Azure services like Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, and Azure Kubernetes Service
• Ensure best practices for security, compliance, and performance optimization.
• Usage IaC tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation to automate cloud resource management.
• Work with DevOps teams, developers, and stakeholders to meet all cloud infrastructure requirements.
• Measure cloud environments to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
• Create detailed documentation of cloud architectures and processes for maintenance and future

- Set goals for direct reportees, conduct timely performance reviews and appraisals, and give constructive feedback to direct reports.
- Ensure that organizational programs like Performance Nxt are well understood and that the team is taking the opportunities presented by such programs to their and their levels below
- Employee Satisfaction and Engagement
- Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team
- Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team
- Proactively challenge the team with larger and enriching projects/ initiatives for the organization or team
