Job Description

Job Title: OneTrust GRC Platform & Security Risk Specialist

Role Overview

Responsible for administering and enhancing Client’s OneTrust GRC platform, supporting risk management processes, and driving security governance initiatives. This role combines technical expertise in OneTrust with strong risk assessment and governance skills to ensure compliance and optimize platform usage globally.

Key Responsibilities

OneTrust Platform Support

  • Configure and maintain workflows, templates, reports, and dashboards.
  • Manage user groups, permissions, and role-based access.
  • Provide guidance on new OneTrust releases and their impact on in-scope modules.
  • Coordinate technical issues with OneTrust support and internal tech teams.
  • Deliver best practices to optimize platform usage across business units.

Module-Specific Support

  • Maintain and enhance:
    • Third-Party Risk Management
    • IT & Security Risk Management
  • Nice-to-have experience in:
    • Data Mapping Automation
    • Privacy Rights Automation (DSAR)
    • Cookie Consent

Data Security Governance

  • Conduct security risk assessments for technology solutions and vendors.
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, Procurement, and Architecture teams to implement controls.
  • Ensure compliance with Client’s security standards and reduce risk exposure.
  • Provide oversight to global/regional IT Security Leads for consistent risk evaluation.

GRC Process Ownership

  • Act as SME for Client’s Security Risk Evaluation (SRE) process.
  • Continuously improve SRE methodology and stakeholder experience.
  • Deliver training and awareness programs on security and privacy.

GRC Tool Oversight

  • Serve as product owner for OneTrust GRC tool development and sustainment.
  • Lead support teams to ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
  • Stay updated on product features and leverage new capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Information Security.
  • Certifications: CISM, CRISC, CISSP (or in progress).
  • Experience in global projects and governance frameworks.
  • Strong skills in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience with OneTrust modules (3rd Party & IT Risk) and BA/Admin training.
Mandatory Skills: GRC Consulting .
