M365 Services Support Engineer - 5-8 Yrs - Pune - Immediate Joiner
- Handle M365 support tickets across OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams, Microsoft Forms, Power shell script and Microsoft Copilot
- Resolve OneDrive-related issues, including:
- Recovery of deleted files and folders
- OneDrive sync and client issues
- Bulk access transfer during user exit or role change
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint Online access and permission issues
- Support Microsoft Teams issues related to access, collaboration, and user experience
- Manage and support Microsoft Forms (access, sharing, response, and ownership issues)
- Perform administrative tasks and bulk operations using PowerShell scripts
- Support and manage Microsoft Copilot access, usage issues, and user enablement
- Perform M365 platform monitoring, identify incidents proactively, and raise alerts/escalations
- Learn and evaluate new Microsoft 365 updates and features, and implement relevant improvements on the platform
