Job Description
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in Major Incident Management
Location : Pune or Kochi
ITIL framework knowledge and operational experience in Incident Management & Major Incident Management
Additional knowledge of Problem, Change or Release management will be an added advantage
Worked as Major Incident Manager with hands on experience in chairing MIM Calls and Management Calls
Additional knowledge or having worked in Airline Operations will be an added advantage
Managed cross tower incidents and complex problems
Logical understanding on Application / Network architecture will be an added advantage
Good understanding of Service Desk Operations, Escalation Management & Stakeholder Management experience
Managed improvement initiatives within Incident Management namely Ageing, Backlogs, HOP Incidents etc.
Good Communication skills – Verbal and Written
Willing to work in Shifts (24*7) with all working Days from office
