Summary:The Communications Lead will be responsible for developing and executing communication plans to promote our offerings – Product & Services. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in digital communication.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites and email campaigns.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for website communication improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.Manage website campaigns and track the effectiveness of such initiatives.Equip go-to-market teams with the essential knowledge and language required to effectively position and sell our products, ensuring consistent and impactful customer interactions.Responsible for creating and executing focused enablement programs and collaterals designed to greatly boost success rates.Improve product knowledge and communication skills, helping cross-functional teams close more deals effectively and achieve higher success rates.Strategic alignment with leadership on a regular basis to coordinate initiatives with broader KPIs.Creation of content from training decks, case studies, playbooks, and other collaterals.Communicate consistently with stakeholders on program updates.Creating content for thought leadership, case studies and sales collaterals.About you:In order to succeed in this role, your background may look something like this:Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in IT sector.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to think creatively and strategically.

Job Description

The position is with the Communication BU and you would be responsible for supporting our business operations and sales analysis. The role demands sales business intelligence, reporting and analytics skill. Through sales reporting and analytics, the team provides visibility into the BU’s sales pipeline, integrating information from sales, customer and financial sources for a complete and detailed overview of the sales performance.  

  •  Roles & Responsibilities 
    • Supporting Sales and Delivery operations, Manage numbers such as revenue, OB, Invoicing, Billing, COD etc. 
    • Strong understanding and knowledge of statistics and should be able to apply statistical tools in carrying out predictive analytics.
    • Design , Execute and Manage Sales Analytics and Reporting for large enterprise for sales insights 
    • Provide actionable insights from huge volume of data (Both Structured and Unstructured) using Data Mining, Data Cleansing techniques.
    • Analyze results and set up reports, design dashboards containing relevant KPI, measures that would enable senior management and sales force towards decision making. 
    • Business analysis, decision support and working within various reporting systems for enhanced sales execution. 
    • Communicate and provide relevant recommendations to key leadership stakeholders - Sales/Presales/Leadership through analytics while addressing real business problems/issues/challenges.
