PRIMARY SKILLS : Zscaler

JD

  • Should have at least 10 years of experience in Network/Security Support with minimum 5 years experience  as a Zscaler SME (ZIA, ZPA, ZCC).
  • Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshooting for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) across 100,000+ users and all branch locations.
  • Deep understanding of Zscaler architecture, policy management, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting large, distributed environments (100,000+ users, global branches, multiple datacentres).
  • Strong knowledge of internet breakout, SD-WAN, VPN, and remote access technologies
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, SSO, SIMAAS, ENTRAID) and endpoint security.
  • Experience with VPN solutions, remote and office user access, and endpoint security.
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive issues to closure.
  • Own end-to-end incident, problem, and change management for Zscaler solutions, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
  • Collaborate with customer teams to gather requirements, analyse logs, and provide proactive recommendations.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during critical incidents or planned changes.
  • Zscaler Certified Professional (ZCP) or higher certification is preferred
  • ITIL certification or experience with Service Now is Preferred .
  • Must Ready to work in 24X7 Environments in rotational basis .
  • Must ready to work on Transition Environment  .
Mandatory Skills: Zscaler Web Security .
