Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
• Expert-level proficiency in Terraform for Azure infrastructure provisioning.
• Strong understanding of Azure architecture, services, and cloud-native design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, including .gitlab-ci.yml configuration and pipeline orchestration.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Bash, PowerShell, and/or Python.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and integration of security tools in pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Development

  • Design, implement, and maintain Azure infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring scalable and secure deployments.
  • Develop reusable Terraform modules and enforce best practices in IaC.

• Cloud Architecture & Engineering

  • Architect and optimize cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services such as Azure Functions, AKS, App Services, and Storage.
  • Apply deep knowledge of Azure design patterns to support high-availability and fault-tolerant systems.

• CI/CD Pipeline Management

  • Build and manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including .gitlab-ci.yml configurations, to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
  • Integrate quality gates, security scans, and deployment strategies into CI/CD pipelines.

• Scripting & Automation

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, and/or Python to support infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and operational tasks.

• Containerization & Orchestration

  • Design and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Implement and maintain Kubernetes clusters, ensuring proper scaling, monitoring, and security.

• Monitoring & Observability

  • Set up and maintain monitoring and logging solutions using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Analyze system performance and proactively address issues.

• DevSecOps Integration

  • Embed security practices into DevOps workflows, integrating tools for vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and compliance checks.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure secure software delivery.

• Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and product managers to deliver robust DevOps solutions.
  • Document processes, configurations, and standards to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
