We are seeking a seasoned D365 CRM Developer with extensive expertise in PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) and React JS to join our dynamic technology team. Role & Responsibilities
- Configure and customize dialogs, workflows, plug-ins, and ribbon interfaces within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to streamline business processes.
- Develop and maintain client-side scripts using JavaScript for field validations and enhanced form functionalities tailored to client specifications.
- Design and implement PCF components and React JS integrations to create rich, responsive user interfaces that align with user experience standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to translate functional requirements into efficient technical designs and solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and documentation to ensure high quality, maintainable deliverables.
- Support deployment activities and post-implementation support to ensure smooth operation of CRM solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and assist in knowledge transfer sessions.
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform developments, recommending enhancements to leverage new features and optimize existing solutions.

Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, including successful end-to-end implementations.
- Strong expertise in designing solution architectures and producing comprehensive functional and technical documentation for Dynamics CRM deployments.
- Proficient in .NET framework versions, Dynamics CRM SDK, and C# programming with a solid grasp of related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for developing customized reports tailored to business intelligence needs.
- Proven ability to develop CRM solutions optimized for mobile and handheld devices, enhancing accessibility and user engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of Power Platform components including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, lead development efforts independently, and provide clear technical insights.
- Strong analytical thinking with problem-solving capabilities and the aptitude to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working in hybrid settings with both onsite and remote collaboration tools.
